Oregon Kidney Outreach strives to help kidney and dialysis patients in Oregon to obtain community support, medical aid resources and daily comfort needs. OKO will create a network of patients, families and volunteers to serve as a support outlet by having support meetings and activities where a community can be created for support and the sharing of knowledge.

OKO will help patients find existing resources in the community for care and support by maintaining a database of community resources and what they offer, as well as how to utilize these resources. OKO will provide patients with the means to obtain necessary medical and special access equipment by providing monetary and volunteer resources.
